RW3+ TNT SD70ACe

What has been done:
RW3
- Rain, Light, Cabsway -> RW3 Version
* Almost perfect
Scenario:
- No change
TNT:
- TNT will function as standalone pack : Key Ctrl+T
- Cab Light Added : Key Ctrl+L
- AWS Sound Outside : Key Ctrl+W - Default is ON!
- Rain Drop Outside : Key Ctrl+R - Default is OFF!

Here is solution!
Perfect RW3 SD70 and more!!!
What is Added:
RW3+:
- Rain Drop Now at Outside View
** This is World's Fourth Loco which has this feature!
RW3:
- Rain Effect
*** 100% PERFECT !!! ***
TNT:
- AWS Sound Outside : Key Ctrl+W - Default is ON!
- Rain Drop Outside : Key Ctrl+R - Default is OFF!
NOTE:
- How to ON/OFF AWS Sound Outside :
Press Ctrl+W,
If you hear Horn Sound then it is OFF.
If you hear AWS Sound then it is ON.
Default is ON.
- How to ON/OFF Rain Drop Outside :
1. Go inside Cab : *** Cab must be visited at first time
2. Press Ctrl+R,
3. Go Outside and watch the scene!!
4. From now on, You can Press Ctrl+R at outside if you wish!
5. If something wrong visit Cab again!!
If you hear Horn Sound ONLY then it is OFF.
If you hear Horn Sound and Wiper is moving then it is ON.
Default is OFF.
SD70 tuning:
- Emergency Brake works with Mouse

RW3+ Improvement!
1. Now Outside Rain Drop will be enabled AUTOMATICALLY,
once you enter the CAB
Of course, you can turn it off with Ctrl+R, if you wish!!
2. Outside Rain Drop will NOT be turned OFF,
when you Ctrl+Clicking Player/AI Train.
=> This is VERY useful for -followaitrain option.

When Ctrl+Click Player train,
Rear Loco's Wiper will work as Front Loco!

Outside Rain Drop for ALL AI Trains!
Note:
1. At least for once, you need to visit RW3+ Locos Cab.
2. When change to another RW3+ Loco, visit that Locos Cab at least once.
3. If you visit NON-RW3+ (e.q. RW2, RW3 Locos) Cab, Every RW3+ Loco's Window will get shiny!
So, do NOT visit RW2/RW3's Cab.
Note:

1. This is "OPEN SESAMI" Version
- Can open doors Any time, Anywhere!
- Key F11/F12 : Right/Left
- Every Loco(Diesel,Steam,Electric) consists will have this feature!
2. RW3 Backward Compatible version
- Now Ctrl+R will turn ON/OFF Outside rain Drop for Every(including AI) Locos!
- So, Before going to RW3 cab, Turn OFF Outside rain Drop, then there will be NO shiny windows!
