I'm not an expert but if you wish to maximize avoidance of legal issues then you might consider not using keywords that may be easily found in search engines. Understandably, there are those who do regular searches to protect their interests. Just as an example the term DLC could perhaps be something as simple as typing it like D-L-C or D.L.C or D$L$C or even by shifting a letter up in the alphabet such as EMD. If a rule is set this is something that is easily recognizable to a person looking directly at it but not so easy for a search engine. Maybe someone else here has more insight into how this may be accomplished. Perhaps even the forum name is too welcoming to those who you may not wish to visit.

Just a "train" of thought for consideration.
