RW3+ TNT Class 08 pack by RSDL

Yet another old pack with no hope to be updated!
But, no need to wait for it.
Why? this pack is already 100% RW3, Really perfect 100%!!!

What has been Done!

RW3
- Rain, Light, Cabsway -> RW3 Version
*** 100% Rain Effect !!! ***

Scenario:
- Updated to RW3 version
* Wow!
4 of 7 scenarios are in rainy days!
So Rain effect seems to be MUST HAVE!!
Hmm, If it rains, UK train man DO the Shunting?

TNT:
- TNT will function as standalone pack : Key Ctrl+T
- Cab Light Added : Key Ctrl+L

But the wipers at the RFD Red Stripe will not work.

That was Original RSC package BUG!

NSE, ICS, RES, Parcel, Provincial, RFD Red stripe

These model have the same BUG!
So, 6 models were correct and 6 models was buggy! HaHa!

How to Fix:

Change
<AnimationID d:type="cDeltaString">Wipers</AnimationID>
To
<AnimationID d:type="cDeltaString">Wiper</AnimationID>
