RW3+ TNT Mk1 Coaches

What have been done:
RW3:
- PassView has Rain Effect
*** NOTE: Only BCK,BFK have PassViews ***
TNT:
- Now Mk1 will pass message in other TNT Loco consist
Sound:
- Better sound merged
Scenario:
- ALL sceanrios upgraded to RW3 version - Drive by Train
- [Mk1] Thames Valley Steam - weather changed to rainy day
MK1 Tuning:
- Original Mk1 BGK BFK should have PassViews.
BUT due to BUG, more than half of them will not show PassViews.
==> Fixed, Now ALL BCK,BFK have PassViews.

This is RW3+ Version.
Will have rain Drop Outside when used with RW3+ Locos!
Really too much Hard work,,, I spent total 50 hours fully,, to make this!
BTW
Do you know MK1 Coaches have Tail Lamp!
I am sure NOBODY have seen it.
But, you can see it with this pack!
MK1 Tuning:
- For ALL models : Tail Lamp Works!
- BCK cc mr sr wr : Guard Door open Now!

RW3+ Improvement!
1. Now Outside Rain Drop will be enabled AUTOMATICALLY,
once you enter the CAB
Of course, you can turn it off with Ctrl+R, if you wish!!
2. Outside Rain Drop will NOT be turned OFF,
when you Ctrl+Clicking Player/AI Train.
=> This is VERY useful for -followaitrain option.

Outside Rain Drop for ALL AI Trains!
Note:
1. At least for once, you need to visit RW3+ Locos Cab.
2. When change to another RW3+ Loco, visit that Locos Cab at least once.
3. If you visit NON-RW3+ (e.q. RW2, RW3 Locos) Cab, Every RW3+ Loco's Window will get shiny!
So, do NOT visit RW2/RW3's Cab.
Note:

New Version out!
1. This is "OPEN SESAMI" Version
- Can open doors Any time, Anywhere!
- Key F11/F12 : Right/Left

***Right Front Door Open Close Mismatching BUG
for DT_Mk1_FO_body of Carmine_and_cream, Maroon, Southern_region
=> Fixed, I see why DT left this BUG, and why they didn't fix this BUG!
=> BUT I fixed it!!!
Rebuilt with new tech!
